The SD-32 series, a next-generation multi-functional optical smoke detector compliant with UL 217 8th Edition standards, can distinguishes actual Fire and smoke from daily cooking smoke and steam, minimizing inaccurate alerts. It can also detect Polyurethane foam in fast-moving Fires and slow smoldering burns. Moreover, the SD-32’s patent-pending technology enables it to operate reliably even in environments with substantial dust accumulation, avoiding false alarms. It also sends event codes to notify installers when maintenance is required.
